Circular to All Diplomatic and Consular Missions

With reference to Ministry of the Displaced letter No. 217/2/Ṣ dated 30 September 2026, please be informed that the Ministry of the Displaced has launched the following online platform:

https://mod.lexzur.com/mod/public/home

The platform enables individuals who have previously submitted applications to the Ministry, including those residing outside Lebanese territory, to follow up on their files and electronically provide the outstanding information and required documents by 31 December 2026.

In this regard, the Ministry of the Displaced has prepared an explanatory video, available at the following link:

The video provides detailed instructions on accessing the platform, registering, and completing files and the required documentation.

You are therefore requested to circulate this explanatory video among members of the Lebanese community within your jurisdiction and to publish it through the available channels, particularly the mission’s official social media pages and websites, so that it reaches the relevant Lebanese bodies and associations. This will enable applicants located outside Lebanese territory to access the platform, review their files, and provide the outstanding information and required documents within the specified deadline.
